We understand weather can not always be great around Alabama and Tennessee. Weather cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your event. Keep in mind that once we setup, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
The following are reasons deliveries cannot be made:
1. Wind is 15+ MPH or gust are 20+ MPH
2. Any warnings or watches or wind advisories have been placed
3. Severe Weather or rain predictions for all or most of the day.
4. If ground has been saturated from previous rain.
5. Temperature is below 50 degrees.
6. Non wet inflatables cannot be setup during the rain.
Keep in mind, that if your event is indoors, this does not apply unless we see that the weather can be unsafe for our employees to drive in.
